Case Study 2023

Our customer wanted to setup a new outlet for their business and we only had a weekend to do it.

Our first step was to issue a local geographical phone number for them . This gives them a local point of presence for their customers.

We then installed broadband using the mobile network as installation of fibre was not available in their area at that time and would have taken up to 10 days to activate.

We normally supply either the 3 network or Vodafone depending on the best signal for the area.

All the equipment we supply is not locked to any provider. This allows the selection of the best provider for that installation and also the flexibility to change provider should the situation change.

Then installed phones and wifi for their office.

As Grandstream certified specialists, we carry stock of a variety of such equipment.

Later the client wanted to change the phones to analogue cordless which they already had.
No problem,
We switched out our VoIP phones for an FXS ATA adapter.
These adapters allow for legacy equipment to be used on modern VoIP systems.

Case Study 2025

Our customer wanted a broadband service for their caravan.

The caravan site do supply broadband over their wifi system, charged at £ 10 per day.
We installed a Mobile broadband router.
Supplying this equipment with a Vodafone mobile data service gives the customer a private and more secure wifi at one tenth of the cost.

We went further, due to the screening effect of the metal caravan,  we added an access point (AP) inside the caravan to boost the wifi and provide ethernet support for wired equipment including their Grandstream VoIP handset.
